Emma Rose Kenney (born April 1, 1989) is an American actor. She was the character Deborah Gallagher (Debbie) on Shameless between 2011 and 2021. Harris Conner Healy is her character from Roseanne's tenth series and The Conners, the spin-off. Kenney was born on 14 September on 1999 in New York City. Kevin Kenney (a sports writer formerly from The New York Post) and Gillian Kenney (a criminal defence lawyer) is her mother. Emma Kenney is born the exact same spot in the same city as Emmy Rossum. She was born in Manhattan, Kenney, 19 has a role as sassy mother Debbie on the acclaimed Showtime TV series Shameless. Though her birthplace was in Manhattan, the actress was able to spend the bulk of her youth at home in Garden State. Kenney was also known as Darlene Gilbert's daughter Harris as she was in the Roseanne revival.
